Being happy at work is important. We know the value of employee engagement.

Do we have a mission employees can believe in? Can they believe in it with all their heart? Is that impossible to have?

As a leader, I need to build that kind of culture. Mission is important. Emotional connection to it is worth building.

The other side of this is am I, as an employee, throwing myself into my work? Am I finding ways to connect with my company’s mission? What obligation do I have to be engaged?
